I’d sincerely like to express my satisfaction for the way I was served by all your teams, from the medical people to the waiters. Many times we are given a bad image of Spas in general; well, this one was my first, and I can sincerely say that I was well initiated, because I felt as if – for first time – I was in heaven. During my 17-day stay, this establishment was my grand heaven, I had the opportunity to care for and think only about myself, counting always on your support in all areas. I’ve loved being here, making new friends, living with people from other religions and who had different character traits, but who all had the same goal. My stay here was not only a psychological benefit, but a physical one as well. Kurotel is and always will be the Spa of reference for me. Congratulations to everybody!
